He grabbed 9 boards, and blocked 3 Aggie shots to help his team on the defensive side of the ball. Freshman Jordan McGowen shot 50 percent against the Aggies on Saturday scoring 10 points and pulling down 7 rebounds.

The Patriots could not close the gap in the second half as the Aggies shot 43.5 percent from the floor and were able to go 12 for 18 from the free throw line to keep their small lead.
