Patriot Baseball Advances to NCAA Regional in Ft. Worth, Texas


The Patriot Baseball Team will be making their second ever NCAA Regional appearance this weekend at Lupton Stadium in Fort Worth, Texas. The NCAA Division I Baseball Regional brackets were announced Monday on ESPN and included the Patriots as the No. 3 seed in the Fort Worth Regional hosted by TCU.

The Patriots are set to play at 2:00 PM on Friday, June 3, versus the No. 2 seed, University of Oklahoma. The second game on Friday will feature the TCU Horned Frogs and the Oral Roberts Golden Eagles at 7:00 PM. The winning teams of the Friday games will be set to play on Saturday, June 4, at 7:00 PM while the two losing teams will play at 2:00 PM on Saturday.

The winner of the Fort Worth Regional will advance to a Super Regional and face the winner of the Houston Regional, which includes Rice, Baylor, California, and Alcorn State.

All-session passes will go on-sale Thursday at 8:00 a.m. while single-session tickets will go on sale the day of each game. Reserved seats, if available, will be $20 for adults and $15 for youth. General admission will be $15 for everyone and will be located on the Grass Hill down the right field line.
