Myles Johnson led the Patriots in scoring for the 19th time this year with 14 points on the evening. Junior,
Tim Simmons, would also score in double figures with 11 points of his own.
During the first half, DBU led by two points at the 13:00 minute mark, but were outscored 38-17 over the final 13 minutes, as RSU would begin to pull away from the Patriots, shooting above 50% from both the field and from beyond the arc to take a 48-29 lead into halftime.
Despite the efforts by Dallas Baptist in the second half, Rogers State would go up by as many as 38 points and seal the win 92-62. Frederico Santos led the way for the Hillcats with a double-double, scoring a game-high 20 points and grabbing 13 rebounds.

Franklin Uzonwanne recorded three blocks, making him the Patriots' single-season blocks leader with 36 on the year, passing Manny Montano who set the record with 35 blocks in the 2007-2008 season.Â
