MD Johnson (4-3) threw 5.1 innings and only allowed three runs on three hits with three strikeouts. Matt Michalski (1-4) suffered the loss after giving up three runs on two hits in 1.1 innings of relief.

Jameson Hannah. DBU extended its lead to 6-3 in the top of the eighth inning when
Jameson Hannah hit a bases-clearing triple to deep right field. The Patriots got their final run on the board by way of a solo homerun off the bat of left fielder
Daniel Sweet.
