Patriots Close Out Season With Loss at No. 15 St. Edward's

THE RUNDOWN
The DBU Men's Soccer team (7-10-1, 4-9-1 Heartland Conference) fell to a ranked opponent for the second time in three games at No. 15 St. Edward's (14-3-1, 10-2-1) Saturday in a 2-0 contest.

Owain Hoskins opened the scoring with a header in the 13th minute. Samuel Jackson followed in the 17th with his second goal of the season. Ty Mobley assisted both goals.

The Patriots put two shots on net in the game, both around the 30-minute mark. Sean Bouland made a season-high six saves in the final game of his career.

  - Ryan Anderson closed his career having started all 75 games for the Patriots.
