THE RUNDOWN
The DBU Men's Soccer team fell 4-1 to Eastern New Mexico on Friday morning. The Patriots (2-11, 0-6-1 Lone Star Conference) could not find the offense to keep pace with the Greyhounds despite having 11 shots on the evening.
Julian Trapp scored the first goal of the match in the 22nd minute and was followed by Robbie Jenkinson finding the back of the net from the foot of Craig Brand. Thirty seconds later Gregory Franusic scored for the Greyhounds third goal of the game. Joe Conway scored on a penalty kick in the 66th minute, but DBU would not go quietly as
Jonathan Macias scored for the Patriots lone goal in the 77th minute.
ENMU would hold off the Patriots the rest of the game sealing the match.
