The Lady Patriots fell to Texas A&M Commerce 0-3 Saturday afternoon in the Burg Center. DBU now looks to get their first win over Western New Mexico on Thursday at Drag's Court.
 
The Lady Patriots put up a fight in the first two sets of the match against A&M Commerce. DBU was tied with the Lions until the 24^th point of the first set until the Lions snuck ahead at the end. The second set had a similar feel as the Lady Patriots led most of the way, but A&M Commerce snuck ahead at the end after being tied 23-23. Despite the loss, Macey Winburn led the Lady Patriots with 15 assists and a .571 hitting percentage.
