The DBU Men's & Women's Cross Country teams continued to impress with another dominant outing at the Blue and Gold Classic in San Angelo, Texas, Friday afternoon.
The No. 4 women's team earned its third straight win of the year behind a 16-point performance and a total time of 1:52.45. For the third consecutive week, a Lady Patriot was first to cross the finish line, as sophomore
Madison Brown won the event with a time of 22:13.4. Brown was joined in the top five by DBU's own
Marissa Insinna (2),
Emily Mackel (3), and
Jenna Thorman (4).

Analynne Klotz (6),
Leslie Filorio (7), and
Rylee Cristan (10) rounded out the top 10 for DBU as the Lady Patriots remain undefeated in the 2020 campaign. Â
The No. 13 men's team placed second in the 8k event with a total time of 2:11.04. Once again,
Noah Metzger and
Preston Williamson paced the way for the Patriots, finishing seventh and eighth, respectively. Junior
Angel Luera also finished in the top 10 with a time of 5:14.2.

Yale Jay (15) concluded the top 15 as No. 13 DBU placed six runners in the top 25.
