The DBU Patriots completed their wire to wire victory at the NCCAA Men's National Championship with a final score of 858 (6-under par). DBU defeated Erskine College by 48-strokes en route to their first victory of the season. The win represents the second time that the Patriots have claimed the NCCAA National Championship (2009).
Kevin Graves earned his first career collegiate victory with a 6-under par final tally. Graves led the tournament in scoring on Par 4s (-4) and 5s (-10), as well as total eagles (3) and birdies (14).
Teammate Matt Prieskorn finished in second place (3-under par) and Jake Hennessy (1-over par), Lucas Wright (3-over par), and Ethan Eppinette (13-over par) all finished inside the top ten.
With the win, Kenny Trapp was recognized for his excellence by being named the NCCAA Men's Golf Coach of the Year.

DBU returns to Texas and travels west to Amarillo where they will compete in the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invite on October 26-27. The tournament will be hosted by West Texas A&M.
