LAST TIME OUT
DBU challenged some of the best teams in the country on their trip to Hawai'i. The Lady Patriots emerged with a 2-2 record, winning the bookends and pushing Hawai'i Pacific and UC San Diego to the edge. Freshman Ashton Wilfong improved to 6-0 in singles play this season with another perfect showing.
PATRIOT STORYLINES
- The Lady Patriots at 10-3 overall and have gotten consistent play from their entire roster.
- DBU faces a trio of teams that they have never lost to this weekend. The Lady Patriots are a combined 3-0 against Texas Wesleyan and Southwestern, while it will be their first time to square off with Texas A&M-Texarkana.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
The Patriots will face three squads this weekend. Texas Wesleyan is officially 1-3, but have also played two exhibition matches this season. The Southwestern Moundbuilders are 2-0, having knocked off Hastings and Midland last weekend. Texas A&M-Texarkana is 1-3.
