THE RUNDOWN

The Lady Patriots cruised to another perfect weekend behind Junior Kate Daugherty and her perfect 6-0 record. DBU defeated Texas Wesleyan, Southwestern, and Texas A&M-Texarkana en route to a 3-0 sweep over Friday and Saturday. The wins move the Lady Patriots to 13-3 on the year and 9-2 since the start of the spring season. DBU will now get some much needed rest over the next two weeks as they prepare for the start of conference play.

The Lady Patriots take the weekend success into a two week hiatus before opening Lone Star Conference play against Midwestern State in Wichita Falls, Texas, on March 13th.
