LAST TIME OUT
The Patriots went 1-2 after three tough matches against Texas Wesleyan, Southwestern, and Texas A&M-Texarkana last weekend. Despite the record, DBU pushed their first two opponents to the limits, dropping both matches by just a single point. Now the Patriots look to rebound with two new opponents to close out the month of February.

PATRIOT STORYLINES
Grant McKenzie won two of his three singles matches and stepped into the third line in doubles and earned a win in the second match.
- Freshman
Aaron Capone won both of his singles matches in his first career collegiate action.
- DBU sits at 6-6 and will look to climb above .500 on the year with a pair of wins.

SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
DBU plays East Texas Baptist and Friends University this weekend. The Patriots are 3-0 against ETBU and will look for their fourth victory over the Tigers. Friends took the inaugural match over DBU, 5-3, back in 2015.

UP NEXT
DBU will head to Orlando, Florida for three matches starting on March 9th.
