PATRIOT BASKETBALL ON THE LSC DIGITAL NETWORK
DBU Basketball is on the LSC Digital Network as the team of Reagan Ratcliff, Patriot legend Jordan McGowen, and sideline reporter Jaylon Shoots bring Patriot fans all the play-by-play action. The broadcast begins 15 minutes prior to game time with Countdown to Tip-off, hosted by Ryan Wilson. 

COUNTDOWN TO TIP-OFF
The Men's Basketball team stays home to face off against East Central at 3:00 pm in the Burg Center tomorrow. The Patriots extended their win streak to three games after defeating the Southwestern Oklahoma State 88-69 in front of a sold-out homecoming crowd. 

The Patriots forced 17 turnovers and shot 48 percent from the field en route to their third straight win. Cameron Kahn recorded his seventh career double-double, scoring 17 points and grabbing a career-high 16 rebounds to earn LSC Defensive Player of the Week honors.

PATRIOT STORYLINES
- DBU earned their highest ranking in school history on Tuesday when they were ranked No. 5 in the D2SIDA Media Poll. The Patriots are also ranked No.13 in the NABC Coaches Poll.
- The Patriots are currently averaging 20.3 turnovers forced per game, which lands them fifth in the country.
- DBU is fourth in the nation in scoring offense, averaging 97 points per game. 
- Ricky Lujan is one three-pointer away from reaching 100 for his career. 
- Austin Garner is four three-pointers away from passing Julian Miranda for the seventh-most three-point field goals in program history.

SCOUTING EAST CENTRAL 
- East Central finished last year 18-11.
- The Tigers enter the season slotted to finish fifth in the GAC preseason poll. 
- Returner Keyon Thomas is the team's leading scorer, averaging 13.1 points per game. Thomas garnered a spot on the All-GAC Honorable Mention Team during his debut season. 
- Godsgift Ezedinma was crucial in helping ECU clinch the No. 4 seed in the postseason tournament. He returns as the team's leading rebounder and shot blocker with 130 rebounds and 11 blocks.

SERIES HISTORY
The Patriots are 8-7 against the Tigers and 6-3 at home. In their last meeting at the Burg Center on November 17, 2021, DBU defeated ECU 80-65.

The Patriots enter LSC play on Thursday, November 30 when they travel to Wichita Falls to play Midwestern State. Game time is scheduled for 7:30 pm.
