The DBU Baseball team was announced as the No. 2 seed at the Stillwater Regional and will play No. 3 seed Washington on Friday at noon at O'Brate Stadium in Stillwater, Oklahoma.  The Patriots are making their ninth consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament, becoming one of only five teams in the nation to reach the postseason each year dating back to 2014 joining the likes of Florida, LSU, Oklahoma State, and Vanderbilt.

Oklahoma State is the No. 1 seed in the Stillwater Regional after finishing at 41-18 and tied for first place in the Big 12 Conference.  The Cowboys also reached the Big 12 Championship game before falling to TCU and boasts the No. 17 RPI in the nation.

Washington is penciled in as the No. 3 seed. The Huskies went 34-18 during the regular season and finished third in the PAC-12 Conference. Washington enters the NCAA postseason with the nation's No. 36 RPI.

Oral Roberts rounds out the Stillwater Regional as the No. 4 seed. The Golden Eagles went 46-11 during the regular season and won the Summit League with a 32-1 conference record. ORU's RPI currently stands at No. 76.

DBU owns a 45-14 record and won Conference USA's regular season title in their first year in the league. The Patriots' 45 wins are third-most in the nation and DBU advances to the postseason with the No. 15 RPI in college baseball.

Today's announcement marks the 12th trip to the NCAA postseason in program history since DBU joined the NCAA Division I ranks in 2004 and became eligible for the postseason in 2006.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. Reserved tickets will be all-session tickets with single sessions available on gameday at the O'Brate Stadium ticket windows. Prices for all-session tickets start at $60.
