LAST TIME OUT
The Patriots put on an offensive clinic in the quarterfinal match of the LSC tournament, earning a 3-0 victory over the Oklahoma Christian Eagles on Tuesday night. Three goals in the first half gave DBU the advantage, and OC was unable to make any offensive advances past the Patriot back line.

Senior Sophia Schrock struck first for DBU, scoring a goal in the 14th minute after receiving a pass from McKenna Vela. Three minutes later, Taylor Tufts intercepted a pass made by an OC defender that she was able to land on her left foot and make the shot. The Patriots were up 2-0 with over 25 minutes left in the half. Mckenna Vela scored DBU's third goal in the 34th minute after Joeli Benson's shot hit the crossbar, and the Patriots held the Eagles to just three shots in the first half.

After the break, DBU and OC battled for possession, but neither team was able to score. The Patriots came away with the 3-0 win after not allowing a single shot on goal by the Eagles.
