LAST TIME OUT
The DBU Men's Tennis team swept the field in Conway, Arkansas, against all three opponents over the weekend. Defeating Hendrix, 7-2, and John Brown, 5-2, on Friday before defeating the University of the Ozarks, 6-0, on Saturday.Â

Alec Rule led the way for the Patriots after going 3-0 in singles play.

Jacob Capone, and Trevor Vacarro each notched a mark in the win column in singles play.Â
In doubles play, the Patriots went 5-3 over the weekend, headlined by Trevor Vaccaro and
Will Fiala, who swept all three of their weekend matches.Â
PATRIOT STORYLINES
- The Patriots return to action this weekend when they host three matches against Texas Wesleyan, Texas A&M-Texarkana, and Southeastern Oklahoma State at the Arlington Tennis Center.
- Through four matches, DBU is a combined 14-3 in singles play and owns a 5-3 mark in doubles.
- The team of Will Fiala and Trevor Vaccaro is a perfect 3-0 in line 3 doubles.
SCOUTING THE OPPONENTS
DBU will face Texas Wesleyan and Texas A&M Texarkana on Friday. Texas Wesleyan competes at the NAIA level and is out to a 3-1 start this spring, while Texas A&M-Texarkana is an NAIA program that is 2-1 through their first few matches. On Saturday, the Patriots will face Southeastern Oklahoma State, who is out to a 2-0 start.Â
