- DBU won their eighth straight game to open the 2024 season with a 14-4 win over Oklahoma State in seven innings on Tuesday at Horner Ballpark.
- The Patriots are out to an 8-0 start for the first time in the program's Division I era, dating back to 2004. The 1987 team competed at the NAIA level and was the only team in school history to win their first nine games.
