- DBU enters this week ranked in the Top 25 in all four major polls: #13 Perfect Game, #18 NCBWA, #19 D1Baseball, and #20 Baseball America.
- The Patriots improved to 13-2 on the season after taking 2-of-3 from San Diego at Horner Ballpark over the weekend.
- DBU's 13-2 record is tied with the 2015 team that hosted the Dallas Regional for the best record through 15 games in program history.
- Grant Jay cracked the top 10 for most home runs in the Patriots' Division I era with his 30^th career home run on Sunday. Jay's nine home runs are currently fourth-most in the nation.
- Offensively, DBU is currently ranked in the top 25 nationally in four categories, including #13 in home runs (31) and home runs per game (2.07), #23 in slugging % (.567), and #25 in batting average (.318).
- Ethan Mann has reached base safely in his 33 consecutive games, a streak that dates back to May 5, 2023, versus Middle Tennessee.
- On the mound, the Patriots rank 11th in the nation in strikeouts per nine innings (11.3). DBU ace Ryan Johnson's 42 strikeouts are third-most in the country.
- DBU boasts the nation's No. 8 fielding % (.986). The trio of Miguel Santos (2B), Luke Heefner (SS), and Chayton Krauss (3B) have not committed an error in 179 chances.
- Tuesday's game versus TCU is the first time in 2024 that the Patriots have hosted a ranked opponent.

- TCU enters Tuesday's contest with a 14-2 record. The Horned Frogs were previously undefeated before dropping their series at Kansas last weekend.
- Logan Maxwell leads the offense with a .438 batting average and 21 hits through 13 games played this season.
- Four other Horned Frogs have 14 or more RBI this season: Sam Myers, Anthony Silva, Kurtis Byrne, and Karson Bowen. 
- On the mound, TCU ranks 18th in strikeouts per nine innings (11.2).
- The Horned Frogs have successfully stolen 21-of-28 bases this season.
- Under Kirk Saarloos, the Horned Frogs have compiled a 29-14 record in midweek games.
