LAST TIME OUT
The DBU Men's Tennis team dropped two matches over the weekend to UAFS and Cameron. On Friday, the Patriots fell 2-5 to UAFS before suffering another loss, 0-7, to Cameron on Saturday.

DBU picked up points in singles play from Fabian Rosales (6-3,3-6,6-3) and Alec Rule (5-7,6-1,6-3). Rosales picked up a hard-fought win in three sets at the line three position, while Rule also won in three sets at the line 5 position. The Patriots weren't able to pull through against Cameron as they were defeated in both singles and doubles play, thus granting their opponents the shutout win.

The Patriots had several chances against UAFS, with several vital lines in singles play coming down to a third set, and also played very close doubles. Despite the outcome, the Patriots competed well against Cameron, with Fabian Rosales getting the best result, (6-4,4-6,5-10), barely falling to his opponent but coming out victorious against his UAFS opponent.
