THE RUNDOWN
The DBU Women's Tennis team completed an impressive showing this weekend in their first tournament of the fall at the DBU Invitational. Facing a field of six teams, including opponents from ETBU, Lubbock Christian, Texas A&M-Texarkana, Texas Wesleyan, University of Dallas, and Weatherford College, the Lady Patriots went undefeated across the board in singles and doubles play.
 
In singles action, Isabella Arana Rios, Emily Buchanan, Andrea Delgado, Jenna Payne, Isabella Quintero, Leonie Schondelmaier, Madalyn Smelley, and Sarah Stewart each went 3-0. In doubles, the teams of Quintero and Arana Rios, Payne and Schondelmaier, Buchanan and Smelley, Delgado and Stewart, also posted 3-0 records.

UP NEXT
DBU travels west to Abilene, Texas, to compete in the Abilene Quad. The two-day event begins on Friday.
