THE RUNDOWN
The No. 2-ranked DBU Women's Golf team capped off a remarkable fall campaign with their fourth consecutive victory, capturing the Midwestern State Invitational title on Tuesday at Wichita Falls Country Club in Wichita Falls, Texas. The Patriots posted a team score of 8-over par (872) across three rounds, finishing six shots clear of Odessa College to secure the top spot on the leaderboard.
Junior 
Ella Cheek delivered a dominant performance, claiming individual medalist honors with an 8-under 208. Cheek opened the tournament with back-to-back rounds of 3-under 69 before sealing the win with a 2-under 70 in the final round.
Gracie Grant and 
Sidney Robertson joined Cheek in the top 10, as Grant finished seventh at 1-under (215) and Robertson placed ninth at 3-over (219) in a competitive field of 95 golfers.
Madison Ude, a two-time winner this fall, closed her fall campaign with a solid 14th-place finish, while freshman 
Chloe Sirkin tied for 22nd to round out the Patriots' scoring lineup.
