LAST TIME OUT
The Lady Patriots women's tennis team showed resilience and determination in a competitive weekend, earning a hard-fought 4-3 win over defending champion Cameron on Thursday before falling 5-2 to #3 Midwestern State on Friday. The team swept all three doubles courts against Cameron and secured key singles wins from Isabella Arana-Rios, Emily Buchanan, and Andrea Delgado to clinch the match. Buchanan and Delgado remained undefeated in singles over the weekend, with Buchanan still unbeaten on the season. Despite the loss to Midwestern State, the team's strong individual performances and gritty play highlighted their growth and potential moving forward.



PATRIOT STORYLINES
- The Lady Patriots close out their regular season this weekend with matchups against Lubbock Christian and UT Permian Basin.
- DBU currently holds a 17-4 record.
- The Lady Patriots hold a 78-30 record in singles play and a 42-17 record in doubles.

- DBU will face UT Permian Basin on Friday.
- UT Permian Basin competes at the NCAA Division II level in the Lone Star Conference and holds a 7-7 record so far this season.
- The Patriots own the all-time series, 13-0, against the Falcons since their first matchup on March 1, 2012.
