DBU junior Sam Jenkins has been named a PING All-America Honorable Mention selection by the Golf Coaches Association of America. The Garland, Texas native is one of just 54 NCAA Division II golfers nationwide to earn a spot on this year's prestigious All-America Team.

Jenkins wrapped up the 2024–2025 season ranked No. 48 nationally and No. 11 in the South Central region, showcasing consistent excellence throughout the year. He notched five top-10 finishes, highlighted by a runner-up performance in stroke play at the Lone Star Conference Championships, where he played a pivotal role in leading the Patriots to the finals of medal match play.

He capped off his junior campaign with a strong showing at the NCAA Division II West/South Central Regional, placing 28th out of 110 golfers in one of the season's most competitive fields.

This marks the second consecutive year Jenkins has earned All-American honors, having been named a GCAA Third Team All-American following the 2023–2024 season.
