The DBU Baseball team has been honored with the Conference USA Sport Academic Award for the 2024-2025 academic year. This prestigious recognition is awarded annually to the team in each conference-sponsored sport that achieves the highest cumulative grade point average (GPA).

With a remarkable 3.58 team GPA, the Patriots continue to exemplify a culture of excellence that extends beyond the diamond.

Since joining Conference USA in 2023, DBU Baseball has quickly established itself as a model of success. The Patriots have captured back-to-back regular-season titles, claimed a conference tournament championship, and now add a third consecutive Sport Academic Award to their growing list of accomplishments.
