Four members of DBU Men's Soccer have been named All-Lone Star Conference, announced by the LSC on Tuesday. Caden Berg, Cason Berg, Trace Binyon, and Erik Oliveira each earned a spot on one of the three all-conference squads, and Kai Potter took a slot on the All-Freshman Team.

One of the centerpieces of DBU's record-setting defense, senior Cason Berg garnered All-LSC Second Team recognition after starting 15 matches for the Patriots and finished second on the team with 1,350 minutes played. The Prosper, Texas, product is an All-LSC pick for the second time in his career, taking a spot on the Third Team in 2025. He was also named the LSC Defensive Player of the Week on September 21.

Erik Oliveira also repeats as an all-conference choice, collecting All-LSC Second Team honors in back-to-back seasons. The senior from Vitoria, Brazil, spearheaded DBU's offensive attack, leading the Patriots with five goals and 11 points, plus an assist, playing in all of DBU's 18 matches with 17 starts.

Trace Binyon collects All-LSC Third Team laurels after pacing the Patriots with 1,576 minutes in 2026. A junior defender from Frisco, Texas, Binyon was one of two Patriots to start all 18 matches. He also played all 90 minutes in 15 games, the most of any player for a DBU defense that posted team records for goals against average (1.00) and shutouts (6).

The other Patriot to start all 18 matches was forward Caden Berg. The junior native of Prosper, Texas, joins his brother, Cason, as an all-conference honoree following a season where he established himself as a key facilitator of the DBU offense. Berg tied for the team lead with three assists while contributing three goals for nine points on the season, good for the second-most on the squad behind Oliveira.

Kai Potter rounds out the Patriots recognized by the league's head coaches, claiming a spot on the LSC All-Freshman Team. Starting 15 matches in his debut season, the local product of Dallas, Texas, averaged 76 minutes per game and competed in the entirety of seven matches, appearing in five of DBU's shutouts.
