THE RUNDOWN
DBU (15-3, 8-0 LSC) ran away with a 33-12 victory against Texas Woman's (16-15, 4-4 LSC) on Saturday at the Burg Center in the final of the Lone Star Conference Tournament. With the win, the Patriots claim the 2026 Lone Star Conference Championship.

DBU dominated in a near-complete win. The Patriots executed at a high level, taking an early lead and never looking back. With an 11-4 advantage at halftime, DBU stretched the margin to 17-7 after the third quarter and outscored the Pioneers 16-5 in the fourth to snatch the LSC title.

This marks the third consecutive year the Patriots have seized the LSC Championship, as DBU has won the accolade in all three years the LSC has sponsored STUNT as a sport. The Patriots also finish the year with a perfect 11-0 record against teams from the LSC.

Head Coach Callie Taylor and her squad continue their 2026 season in just under a month, when they compete at the STUNT National Championships on April 23-26 in Nashville, Tennessee.
