First collegiate appearance came at home when he pitched two scoreless innings with two strikeouts against Binghamton on February 21… Went two innings and struck out three versus Siena on February 28… Threw a scoreless inning at home March 7 against Oakland… Had a relief inning at Texas Tech with one strikeout… First collegiate start came at home against Louisiana Tech on March 28… Allowed one earned run over 6.0 innings in his second career start picking up his first win of the year against Houston Baptist ... Threw five innings at home against Northeastern… Got his second win at Central Arkansas after five scoreless innings and three strikeouts … In his final appearance of the year, went 3.0 innings striking out three UTSA hitters.
