2014 (SOPHOMORE)
Made 15 appearances, including eight starts … Entered the season rated the No. 92 Prospect in College Baseball by College Baseball Daily ... Went 3-2 and posted a 5.79 ERA … Allowed a mere .219 batting average versus opponents … Struck out 34 in 42.0 innings on the mound … In his first start of the year, tossed five shutout innings and did not allow a hit, while walking one and striking out five, to earn the win against Mississippi Valley State on February 16 … Notched his second win of the year after throwing three scoreless frames versus Texas Southern on April 1 … Came out of the bullpen for the first time in 2014 on April 29 at Oklahoma and did not allow a run in two-thirds of an inning, while striking out one … Worked 1.1 inning without  surrendering a run and struck out two on May 2 versus Missouri State … Earned his second career save on May 10, working 3.1 scoreless innings at Wichita State … Struck out two and did not give up a run against Southern Illinois on May 17 … Made his first start in just over a month on May 23 against Missouri State in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament and tossed 5.2 innings, allowing three runs, while striking out two, to pick up the win and send DBU to the Championship Game.
 
2013 (FRESHMAN)
Made seven appearances, including one start … Posted a 0-1 record with a 5.40 ERA in 11.2 innings … Took the hill for the first time in his collegiate career against Creighton on February 16 … Tossed one shutout inning and picked up a strikeout in a 10-9 win over Texas Tech on April 9 … Made his lone start of the year allowing two runs in three innings of work versus Stephen F. Austin on April 16 … Threw two scoreless frames on May 7 at Texas Tech … Earned the first save of his career throwing 3.2 innings of relief and allowing just one run in a 12-5 win at Texas State on May 17.
 
COLLEGIATE SUMMER BASEBALL
Did not pitch this past summer … Prior to last summer, pitched for the Mat-su Miners of the Alaska Baseball League and was named the ABL’s No. 5 prospect by Baseball America … His five saves were the third most in the league and helped him earn First Team All-Star honors in the ABL.
