Played in 13 games and made nine starts in his first year at DBU … Was the team’s opening day starter at DH and scored a run in the season opener versus Louisiana Monroe (2/17) … His first career hit as a Patriot was a 436-foot home run over the left field wall against Louisiana Monroe (2/18) … Went 2-for-5 with a double and an RBI at Oral Roberts (3/13) … Drove in a run to help lift DBU to a series win at Central Arkansas (4/15).
