2015 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR)
Transitioned from his role as relief pitcher in mid-April to become DBU’s Sunday starter in the weekend rotation …. Made 18 appearances, including six starts ... Finished second on the team with eight wins and posted an overall 8-1 record with a 4.29 ERA … Went 5-1 in his six starts … Began the season with four consecutive scoreless outings out of the bullpen … Tossed three shutout frames at Baylor on February 17, striking out four batters and walking none … Earned the win versus Texas Southern after throwing a scoreless tenth inning … Notched a three-inning save at UT-Arlington on March 18 and did not allow a run or a hit, while striking out a pair … Worked 2.1 innings of relief to get the win versus Illinois State on March 29 … Tossed 4.2 innings in relief and allowed just two runs to pick up the victory against Bradley on April 11 … In his first start of the year versus Indiana State on April 19, earned the win after throwing six innings and allowing just one run, while fanning six batters … Followed his next start up with another six inning performance at Southern Illinois on April 26, surrendering just one earned run and striking out six to earn the win … Won for the third straight time, as he worked five innings to help DBU complete a three-game sweep at Charlotte on May 3 … Earned the win over Indiana State on May 22 at the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, after allowing five runs over 5.2 innings … Surrendered just one run and struck out a career-high seven batters to pick up the win in 5.2 innings of work against Oregon State on May 31 at the Dallas Regional.
 
2014 (REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE)
Tied for fourth on the pitching staff with 24 appearances …. Did not factor into a decision and earned three saves, while posting a 4.66 ERA …. In 38.2 innings of work, struck out 28 and walked 19 … Held opponents to a .227 batting average … Made his debut in a Patriot uniform on Opening Day against Mississippi Valley State and tossed two shutout innings, while striking out three … Held Pennsylvania scoreless for three innings to earn his first save on March 1 … Fired 3.2 innings of shutout baseball and struck out three versus Oral Roberts on March 6 … Held BYU scoreless for two innings on March 10 … Retired all six batters he faced over a two inning stretch on March 21 against Utah Valley… Shutout Utah Valley again for two innings on March 23 to earn his second save of the year … Struck out a season-best five batters versus Texas Southern on April 1 … Lifted DBU to a series win on the road at Illinois State and earned his third save after throwing three scoreless innings on April 5 … Threw a season-high four innings against Evansville on April 18 … Entered the game versus Stephen F. Austin on April 22 in the sixth inning with DBU down 6-0 and held the Lumberjacks scoreless for three innings in a 7-6 come-from-behind win … Tossed one scoreless inning at Oklahoma on April 29 … Shutout Missouri State for an inning on May 4 … Fired a scoreless inning of relief against Siena in the Fort Worth Regional on May 31.

2012 (FRESHMAN – DES MOINES AREA CC)
Earned a medical redshirt after pitching in five games … Went 2-1 with a 4.21 ERA … Collected 29 strikeouts in 25.2 innings.

HIGH SCHOOL
Two-year letterman at Fremd High School … Played for Head Coach Chris Piggott … Named the 2011 Mid-Suburban West Player of the Year … Was a two-time selection to the Northwest All-Area Team … Garnered All-Conference honors as a junior and senior and was also tabbed the Conference Player of the Year … His 122 strikeouts are the second most in program history  … Named the Most Valuable Player of the American Legion County Tournament.
