Played in 49 games, making 43 starts at shortstop … Hit .197 with two home runs and 19 RBI … Stole a team-leading 12 bases in 15 attempts … Made his debut in a Patriot uniform on Opening Day versus Mississippi Valley State on February 14 and stole two bases, scored a pair of runs, and drove in one … Scored four times and stole another base the following day against Mississippi Valley State … Went 2-for-2 and blasted his first career home run on February 18 versus Grambling State … Posted a three-hit day and drove in a season-high four RBI in a win over Pennsylvania on March 1 … Hit his second home run of the year in the second game of a double-header on March 1 against Pennsylvania … Went 2-for-5 and drove in three runs versus Oral Roberts on March 8 … Delivered a key double in the ninth inning and came around to score the game-winning run in a 2-0 affair at Missouri State on March 15 … Went 2-for-4 with an RBI on April 1 against Texas Southern ….
