Hayden White enters his second season as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the DBU Men's Basketball team. Before he arrived at DBU, White worked as a student assistant for the Henderson State Men's Basketball team for four seasons. 
 
While at Henderson State, White assisted in player development, film, and scouting reports and was part of the 2019-2020 team that won the GAC Conference Tournament.
 
White draws inspiration from his father, who coaches at Bentonville West High School in Centerton, Arkansas.
 
White earned his Bachelor's degree in the Science of Education with an emphasis on Health and Physical Education at Henderson State University and is pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.
