Competed in seven events during 2024 outdoor season ... Ran in the 1500, 3000, 5000, and 10,000 meters, and also participated in the 3k steeplechase ... Finished in 7th place at the David Noble Relays after running a 4:15:11 in the 1500 meters ... Set a PR in the 10,000 meters after running a 32:12.09 to finish in 2nd place at the Carl Kight Invitational.Â

Competed in four events during 2024 indoor season ... Ran in the one mile run, the 3000 and 5000 meters, and the 4x4000 and 4000 meter relays ... Set a season-best mark in the one mile run by running a 4:31.77 at the Washburn Open ... Finished in 14th place at the Lone Star Conference Indoor Championships in the 3000 meters after running an 8:56.94 ... Was a part of the 4000 meter relay team that finished in 2nd place at the Ichabod Invitational. Â
