2024 OUTDOOR (SOPHOMORE)

Garnered Third Team All-Lone Star Conference and All-Academic Team honors ... Competed in seven events during 2024 outdoor season ... Ran in 1500 and 5000 meters, and also participated in the 3k steeplechase ... Set a PR in the 1500 meters to post an 8th place finish at the J Fred Duckett Twilight Meet ... Also set a PR in the 5000 meters at the David Noble Relays, running a time of 15:51.75 to finish in 3rd place ... Recorded a PR of 9:24.86 in the 3k steeplechase at the Carl Kight Invitational to finish in 4th place, and also posted a 3rd place finish in the 3k steeplechase at the Lone Star Conference Outdoor Championships.

2024 INDOOR (SOPHOMORE)

Competed in four events during 2024 indoor season ... Ran in the 3000 meters and 4x400 relay ... Set a PR in the 3000 meters by running an 8:49.54 to register an 11th place finish at the Lone Star Conference Indoor Championships ... Was a part of the 4x400 relay team at the Ichabod Invite. 

2023 OUTDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in six events during 2023 outdoor season ... Ran in the 1500, 3000, and 5000 meters, and also participated in the 3k steeplechase ... Finished in 1st place at the Ice Breaker Classic in the 3k steeplechase by running a 9:55.26 ... Also posted a 10th place finish in the 3000 meters at the UTA Invitational.

 
2023 INDOOR (FRESHMAN)
Competed in four events during 2023 indoor season ... Ran in the one mile run and the 5000 meters ... Set a season-best mark in the 5000 meters by running a 16:08.72 at the Ichabod Invitational.
