Cody Moore is in his first season as the Assistant Coach for the DBU Golf team. Moore was born and raised in Elkhart, Texas, and is a graduate of Elkhart High School. Upon graduation, he attended East Texas A&M University where he was a member of the golf team and received both undergrad and graduate degrees. After graduating from East Texas A&M, Coach Moore began a career in public education teaching and coaching high school football.
Coach Moore spent 21 years as a high school football coach, eight of those years as the Head Football Coach and Campus Athletic Director at Denton Braswell High School. Moore is entering his 22nd year of coaching and first at DBU.
Cody has been married to his wife Stefani for 16 years, and they have two children, Braxton (13) and Finley (9).
