Fabiana Ramirez will begin her collegiate coaching career in the fall of 2020 for the DBU Women’s Tennis team. Ramirez played her college tennis at North Carolina A&T State University where she played No. 1 singles and doubles. She received the Coaches Award for 2016-2017, Most Valuable Player Award for 2018-2019, and was named the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Player of the Week on multiple occasions.
In junior tennis, Ramirez was ranked #4 in FVT (Venezuelan Tennis Federation) and #37 in COSAT (South American Tennis Confederation). Born in Barquisimeto, Venezuela; Fabiana lived in Nueva Bolivia, Venezuela, until the age of 16 when moved to the United States to play college tennis.
She graduated Magna Cum Laude with her bachelors degree in Business Management - Entrepreneurship in May 2019, then went to work for the David Ensignia Tennis Academy in South Florida with Professional Certifications by the USPTR. Ramirez will pursue a MBA in International Business at Dallas Baptist University.
