Sami Hover is in her first season as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the DBU Volleyball team. Prior to joining the Patriots, Hover played volleyball for five seasons at Biola University.
While at Biola, Hover started in every match, led the team in digs in her last four seasons, and finished her career by setting serveral school records, including becoming the all-time leader in digs with 2,354, a mark that ranked as the third-highest total in PacWest history. Hover was also the 10th player in conference history to receive four All-PacWest honors, including her final season being named First Team All-PacWest.
A native of Phoenix, Arizona, Hover graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biblical and Theological Studies, and will be getting her Masters of Arts in Leadership.Â
