Tadam Mergener enters her first year as a Graduate Student Assistant for the DBU Women’s Volleyball team. As a four-year letterman for the Lady Patriots, Mergener earned various honors including, Heartland Conference Player of the Week (2012), Most Valuable Player Heartland Conference Tournament (2013), and was a Two-time Heartland Conference Libero of the Week (2014). Mergener is originally from Midlothian, Texas, where she lettered all four years for the Midlothian High School Volleyball team.
From 2012 to present, Mergener has coached sand and junior club for Texas Advantage Volleyball in the off-seasons and summers. In 2016, she helped lead her 14’s club team to USAV National’s and AAU Nationals.
Mergener is currently pursuing her Masters in the M.Ed in Kinesiology program at Dallas Baptist University. Tadam currently resides in Midlothian and attends Sardis United Methodist Church.
