Katyn Yarborough is in her first season as a Graduate Assistant Coach for the Dallas Baptist University STUNT team. Yarborough was on the Cheer and STUNT teams here at DBU for four seasons.
During her undergraduate years at DBU, Yarborough contributed to four consecutive NCA National Championships, winning three times in Intermediate Division II All-Girl and once on the first-ever Division II Gameday team. In STUNT, Yarborough was an athlete who contributed to each quarter, helping the program appear at STUNT Nationals for the past four years and win its first-ever Lone Star Conference Championship in 2024. On the teams, she served as a Bible study leader for two years and received the Athletic Performance Award for the 2021-2022 season and the Solid Rock Award during the 2023-2024 season.
A native of Bonham, Texas, Yarborough graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and will earn her Master of Arts in Sports Management.
