THE LEAD
Dallas Baptist held on for a 1-0 win over Rogers State on Thursday at Soldier Field in Claremore, Oklahoma. Junior goalkeeper Mason Stringer made a season-high seven saves, including one on a penalty kick in the final minute of the match.
 
The Patriots scored the lone goal of the match on a header by Alex Becerra off a pass from Cameron Gilbert in the 49^th minute. The Hillcats outshot DBU 23-5.
