THE LEAD
Dallas Baptist fell to 2-4-1 on the season with a 1-0 loss to West Texas A&M on Saturday at Patriot Soccer Field. Freshman forward Alex Villalon scored his first career goal in the 29th minute off a header from junior defender Ivan Ulloa.

Sophomore goalkeeper Sean Bouland made his second start of the season and registered one save on eight total shots from the Buffs. The Patriots also racked up eight shots but were not able level the score.

IN THE NUMBERS
