KICK-OFF
The Dallas Baptist University Men's Soccer team lost to Eastern New Mexico, 1-0, on Thursday night at Al Whitehead Field at Greyhound Stadium in Portales, New Mexico. The Greyhounds scored in the first minute of the match, and held off the Patriots down the stretch of the match.

ENMU scored just 55 seconds into the match on a Luis Lozoya goal, assisted by Robert Raspudic. Sean Bouland and James Gutierrez each made four saves in the contest. 
 
DBU looks to snap a five-game skid against West Texas A&M at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday at The Pitch in Canyon, Texas.
 
PATRIOT STORYLINES
 - Sean Bouland has made at least four saves in six of the past seven matches.

 - Riley Alvey ranks second in the Heartland Conference in gamewinning goals (3).

SCOUTING WEST TEXAS A&M
The Buffs had a seven-game unbeaten streak snapped by No. 6 St. Edward's on Thursday night in a 1-0 loss, just their third loss of the season. In a well-balanced offense featuring 15-different goalscorers, Ivan Ulloa leads the team with four goals.
 
Goalkeeper Patrick Satorie has allowed just nine goals and made 31 saves in 12 starts. In the past eight matches, he has only surrendered three goals.
 
SERIES HISTORY
DBU has lost all three meetings with West Texas A&M, with the last coming last September in Dallas by a score of 1-0. Alex Villalon scored his first career goal on Sean Bouland in the 29th minute off a header from junior defender Ivan Ulloa.
