THE LEAD
The DBU Men's Basketball team used a 57 point effort in the second half to claim a 100-85 win over Grace University in the quarterfinal round of the NCCAA Regional Tournament in McPherson, Kansas, on Thursday night.Â
Myles Johnson led the way for the Patriots with 22 points, while
Carter Brown (16),
JT Harris (14),
Patrick Burke (11), and
Xavier Ledet (10) joined Johnson in double-figures.  Ledet also registered a double-double, matching a season-high with 15 rebounds. With the win, the Patriots will face No.3 seed Central Baptist College on Friday in the semifinals.

After carrying a one-point lead into the half, DBU (22-10) extended their lead to double-digits when
JT Harris buried a three-pointer with 17:17 remaining in the second half. Grace would get as close as eight points with just over eight minutes left on the clock before the Patriots pulled away, outscoring the Royals 14-3 over the next three minutes, as DBU closed out a 15-point win to advance to the semifinal round.
