COACH CHIP DUTCHIK ON A TOUGH LOSS TO A GOOD OPPONENT
"Credit to Midwestern. They're one of the best teams in the country and have a great tradition. I think we hung with them well as far as competing, but we made four little mistakes that they were able to capitalize on, and obviously that was the difference, but I am proud of our guys. They showed up and didn't back down for 90 minutes. We've just got to stay a little more focused at times.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS
8 – The Patriots' eight shots were their most since October 11.
3 – Whitt's three shots were a season high.
5 – DBU earned more corner kicks (five) than Midwestern (four).
