THE RUNDOWN
The DBU Men's Soccer team fell to 0-2 in the Heartland Conference after a 6-1 loss at Texas A&M International on Saturday. David Velazquez's late goal staved off a second straight shutout for the Patriots (2-3-1, 0-2-0 Heartland Conference).
Velazquez converted a free kick in the 83rd minute to break a string of six unanswered goals by the Dustdevils (2-2-1, 1-1-0). Jeremy Hall made six saves in his Patriot debut.
