COUNTDOWN TO TIP-OFF
The Patriots continue conference play at home as the Rogers State Hillcats make their way to Dallas. Last time out, DBU suffered their first loss in Heartland Conference play in Austin to No. 6 St. Edward's, 76-57.
Despite the Patriots leading at half, a hot-shooting second half helped the Hilltoppers hold the lead for nearly the entire remainder of the game.
Jonathyn Washington added 20 points of his own, a new season-high for the junior from Frisco.
Chandler Jacobs scored 18 points on 5-11 from the floor, good for 45 percent on the evening.
