THE RUNDOWN
The Patriots (10-9, 2-5 LSC) dropped their regular-season finale versus St. Mary's, 6-1, on Saturday morning. Despite DBU's fourth consecutive loss, the Patriots conclude the 2021 campaign with a new conference win record and an opportunity to compete in next week's Lone Star Conference Championship Tournament. 

The Rattlers jumped out to a fast and aggressive start as they swept the field in the doubles portion of Saturday's contest. DBU's lone bright spot in singles action came in the form of Aaron Capone. The freshman clinched his 11th win of the season after battling past his opponent in three sets.
