THE RUNDOWN
Thursday night at The Burg Center DBU (19-6, 13-2 LSC) steamrolled Oklahoma Christian (9-12, 4-11 LSC), 94-69.
Xavion Brown led the Patriots with 15 points on 77.8% shooting, while hauling in seven rebounds and dishing out six assists.

Brown opened the scoring with a layup, but the Eagles would jump out to a 10-4 lead just three minutes into the game. The Patriots would respond with a whopping 24-2 run led by
Trevor Frank's seven points, establishing separation in the box score early. Leading 28-12 with nine minutes left in the frame, the Patriots would slowly add to their lead as the half began to wind down.
Bishop Jones threw down a fastbreak dunk with 40 seconds left to put an exclamation point on a monstrous first half for the Patriots. DBU went to the locker room holding a 41-21 lead over the Eagles.

Trevor Frank led all Patriots with seven points in the first half, supported by
Xavion Brown,
Drew Calderon, and
