The Dallas Baptist Men's Tennis Team dropped their opening round match in the Heartland Conference Tournament against the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith on Friday morning at the South Austin Tennis Complex in Austin, Texas. The Patriots conclude their 2012 campaign with the loss.  The Patriots finished with a 2-14 overall season record. 

The Patriots fought a tough battle but finally succumbed to the Lions 5-2.  Junior Phillip Allen was selected to the 2011-2012 Men's Tennis All-Conference Team for his play throughout the year.
