KICK-OFF
The Dallas Baptist University Men's Soccer team lost to West Texas A&M, 2-0, on Saturday afternoon at The Pitch in Canyon, Texas. Reece Schattle and Jake Wiffen each found the back of the net to fuel the Buffs offense.
Schattle scored his first goal of the season in the 20th minute, assisted by Evan Bozman. Wiffen tacked on a second goal in the 62nd minute on a free kick from 25 yards out, finding the far right corner of the net.

DBU looks to snap a six-game skid against Oklahoma Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday at Patriot Soccer Field in Dallas, Texas.

Sean Bouland of his goalkeeping duties in the 62nd minute, his first appearance since last year's season finale at the NCCAA National Championships.

SCOUTING OKLAHOMA CHRISTIAN
The Eagles are 1-3-0 in their last four matches, with the one win coming in a 3-2 overtime contest against Newman. OCU is also 0-5-0 on the road this season and have been outscored 11-4 in those matches.

Cody Cook and Ante Susic lead the team with a trio of goals each, and both scored in the 3-2 win over Newman last Thursday. Evan Helker has struggled in the team's past four matches, allowing seven goals and making 26 saves.
